Reindeer Donuts

So Yummy
Yields: 3 servings
Total Time: 1 hour
Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients:
- 3 donuts
- 3 donut holes
- 6 almonds
- 24oz melted chocolate, (white, milk, dark… or all three!)
- 6 candy coated chocolates
- 6 small, oval-shaped pink sprinkles
- 3 cinnamon candies
- 6 mini candy canes
Directions:
- Begin by placing a cooling rack on top of a sheet pan — this will catch any excess chocolate. Onto the cooling rack, set one donut. To the center of the donut, place one donut hole and push in lightly to secure.
- Next, take two almonds and insert the pointy-side of them into the top corners of the donut to create “ears.”
- Pour melted chocolate of your choosing onto the donut, donut hole, and almonds to coat completely. Tap the baking sheet a few times to allow extra chocolate to drip off.
- Take two candy coated chocolates and place on either side of the donut hole bump to create “eyes.” Then, take a toothpick dipped in melted white chocolate and draw on two dots for a “shine” on the eyes.
- Underneath the eyes, place the small pink sprinkles to create “blush.” On the donut hole bump, place a cinnamon candy for the red “nose.”
- Lastly, insert two small candy canes into the top of the reindeer donut to create “antlers.”
- Repeat with remaining donuts, allow chocolate to set fully in the fridge, and enjoy!
