MANGO CHELADA-RITAS

Serves 2 people responsibly
Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 1 cup mango juice
- Bud Light Chelada® Mango
Directions:
- Remove the pit of the mango and dice. Spread out into a single layer, then freeze the mango for at least two hours.
- In a blender, add the frozen mango and mango juice — then combine.
- Pour the frozen mango mixture into a salt rimmed glass, top with Bud Light Chelada® Mango, then serve.
CHELADA BOMBS

So Yummy
Serves 4-6 people responsibly
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon citric acid
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons tamarindo drink mix
- 2 tablespoons spicy powder candy
- 1/4 cup chili lime seasoning
- A few drops chamoy
- Bud Light Chelada®
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- A few drops at a time, add the chamoy into the spice mixture, pressing and scraping to combine. (The mixture will fizz if you add too much chamoy at once.) Stop when the mix is the consistency of wet sand and holds its shape when packed.
- Using an ice cream scoop, or other mold, dish out 4-6 bombs. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Fill a glass with Bud Light Chelada®, toss a bomb in, and enjoy!
THE WHOLE CHELADA

Serves 2 people responsibly
Ingredients:
- 4 street taco corn tortillas
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- Pinch of salt
- ½ white onion, minced
- ½ pound lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- Salsa
- Cotija cheese
- Bud Light Chelada® Mango
- Celery, bacon, gherkins, tamarind candy (for garnish)
Directions:
- In a shallow skillet over medium heat, fry your tortillas into taco shells. Drain on a paper towel, and sprinkle with salt.
- In another pan, add a drizzle of oil and the onions. Cook over medium high until translucent. Add the beef, cover with taco seasoning, and cook off.
- To build the tacos, add a spoonful of taco meant to each shell, top with salsa, and sprinkle on some cotija.
- Carefully stick a skewer through the tacos, then place into a glass filled with Bud Light Chelada® Mango and your other garnishes of choice. Cheers!
CHELADA “CUKE” FLOAT

Serves 2 people responsibly
Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber, peeled
- ¼ cup chamoy
- 2 tablespoons tajin
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- Bud Light Chelada® Mango
Directions:
- Trim the ends off the cucumber, and cut in half. Using a melon baller, carefully core each half.
- Dip the top of each cucumber half into chamoy, then the tajin.
- Fill each half with pineapple juice, then stick on the rime of a glass. Fill with Bud Light Chelada® Mango, and serve.
CHELADA CON PALETAS

Serves 3-6 people responsibly
Ingredients:
- 2 cups watermelon, mashed
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 celery stalks, halved
- Bud Light Chelada®
Directions:
- In a medium bowl with a spout, combine the watermelon, lime juice, and honey.
- Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold. Place one celery half in each popsicle, then freeze for 8 hours — or until completely solid.
- Stick a popsicle into your glass, then top with Bud Light Chelada®. Enjoy!
